We ship everywhere. Internationally, domestic, outer space. We offer free shipping for all U.S. orders over $75.
If you want to know how much it'll cost, simply walk through Step 1 of our checkout process and it'll calculate it on the next page. Don't worry, you won't be charged for anything.

It's true. We source & assemble everything in Los Angeles, Calif.
The quality of our garments is a reflection of the expertise and care of the people who sew them. We’re fortunate to work with the best craftspeople, which is why we can stand behind our products. We guarantee our work. If you ever find an item defective, we are happy to repair or replace at no cost to you.
Q. What if something I bought is defective?
A. If something we make is defective, we’re happy to repair, replace, or offer a refund at any point. We cover shipping on all returns and exchanges of defective items.
Q. What if I don't like something I bought, or it doesn't fit?
A. If something doesn’t fit you, or you don’t like it for any reason, we’ll offer you a refund. Please contact us within 60 days of the purchase date, and please do not wash or wear the garment. Wearing means anything beyond trying something on.
We cover shipping both ways on all exchanges within the US. If you're making a return, we'll refund you minus the shipping cost you paid. If you received free shipping, we'll deduct a flat fee of $6 from your refund. If you're returning only part of an order, we'll deduct a flat fee of $6 only if your total order value drops below $75 (effective for orders placed after 2/23/2016). We'll email you a return label.
If you're outside the US, we ask that you cover the cost of shipping back to us for all returns, and shipping costs both ways on exchanges.
Q. I bought a shirt a few days ago, but now that same shirt is on sale. Can I get some credit back for the difference?
A. I hate it when this happens, even though I was often happy to pay what I did, it still feels like I kinda got ripped off when I see the sale. Well, we rarely have sales, but if you've purchased something at full price up to seven days before a sale has started, send us an email and we'll issue a refund for the difference.
Shipping is expensive though. When you place an order, Andrew, Brian, or I find your items on the racks in our warehouse, wrap them up, and send them off. Not only do we have to pay USPS for shipping, but we have to cover packing materials, warehouse space, utilities, overhead, and the labor to get your package out the door. Because of this, if we price match your purchase during a sale, and you drop below the dollar threshold for free shipping ($75), we'll deduct the shipping cost you would have paid for the purchase of the sale item from the credit that we issue back to you.
Q. I don’t see the color I want in the style
A. Our site reflects our most current inventory. Unfortunately, we can’t keep every color in stock for every size in every style, so if its not listed there, we don’t have it. If you’re set on a color, jump on our email list and we’ll announce short runs as we do them and you can pick one up then.
Q. Are there any fees I'll have to pay for an order shipped outside the US, including Canada?
A. Any order shipped to a destination outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes or duties. As the recipient, you are the importer and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Exact import taxes and duties vary, depending on the destination country.
We only charge the merchandise and shipping charges to your credit card. Import taxes and duties are collected by the international carrier upon delivery.
Q. I'm pre-ordering a shirt, and I want to add another in-stock shirt. Can you send the shirt that's in stock right away?
A. Pre-ordered styles are made-to-order; we don't start production until the pre-order sale is finished. We'll give you a date we expect to ship on the pre-order page. Once it's off the sewing lines we'll ship it out you, along with any other items included in your order.
If you want any other in-stock item you're ordering shipped sooner, please place a separate order. Free shipping on orders of $75.
